Does Bush Have a Higher IQ than Kerry?

Steve Sailer reviews scores of Bush and Kerry on IQ-type tests and argues that the available evidence indicates that it is more likely than not that Bush has a slightly higher IQ than Kerry. (Credit goes to Mickey Kaus for the link.) This would be rightly regarded as insignificant, were it not for the irony, noted by Sailer, that those on the left tend to believe that IQ is a discredited concept, while also tending to believe that leftists are better than conservatives, in part because they are assumed to have higher IQs.
