Handicapping Nominations to the SCOTUS

Stuart Taylor expertly reviews the possible nominees for a Supreme Court vacancy in President Bush's second term for National Journal. Should William Rehnquist retire soon after the inauguration, as I expect he will, look for Antonin Scalia to be elevated to Chief Justice with Emilio Garza getting the nomination to fill the first vacancy on the Court in over a decade.
